- Celena Hadlock, M.Ed., licensed Doctor of Naturopath, and Certified Nutritional Consultant brings forth a new vision of nutrition and transformation to this crucial time for humanity. As humanity continues to become more and more unified, and seeks complements to allopathic medicine, Dr. Hadlock is able to provide a broad and comprehensive stage for transformation of all aspects of the human experience.
Beginning with her passion for preparation of foods that heal, Celena has ample experience with kitchen education, a skill that is being re-integrated in today’s world. She caringly guides her clients through the basics of simple food preparation with natural, organic, fresh ingredients, weaving in an explanation of how these same foods are part of the nutritional rebuilding process in the body. With recipes such as Eureka lemon mousse with local lemons and free-range eggs to roasted red pepper soup with peppers from mineral-rich land, she shares with the viewer and student a deep connection with the food itself that has been lost in today’s “packaged world”. This reconnection has proven over her years of practice to bring great joy into the lives of those seeking to heal from serious diseases. Nutrient-dense food and its’ proper preparation is part of any healing program from acute and chronic illness.
The second integrated phase of change for a typical patient would be to enhance the reconnection with food with the use of nutraceuticals, superfoods and traditional herbs such as age-old Ayurvedic remedies which have been proven over thousands of years to be effective in balancing the body. A sound diet plan, combined with high quality supplements, goes a long way in allowing the body to transform, and creating the groundwork for emotional and spiritual changes to occur.
Nutritionhealer has experience and success with aiding patients in moving away from conditions such as heart disease, hypertension, Type II diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, IBS, adrenal fatigue, ADD – ADHD spectrum, and other modern autoimmune conditions which at times seem impossible to “overcome”. With her background in education, Celena brings teaching and positive coaching to the table in terms of guiding people through the entire process, maintaining high goals and expectations for recovery and success.
