- About Me:
- I am 36 years young and an absolute sponge when it comes to learning things about spirituality, philosophy, writing, and meditation. Life offers an abundance of learning through experience, however, I also love to read and I guess you could say I'm a bit of a bookworm.
I started to write at the age of 9 and pretty much dabbled from 1982 till the year 2006. I had a poems published here and there during those years, but I didn't start to take writing seriously until 2006 after I published my first book.
I reside in Connecticut with my wonderful husband, two young daughters, two cats, two frogs, and several tropical fish and plants. My hobbies/interests include crocheting, singing karaoke, yoga, writing, indoor gardening, and reading.

- Important Teachers:
- Miss McCarthy, my fourth grade teacher, was the first person to show me that my writing was more than just writing. Mrs. Coleacvo and Mr. Caleise were the ones who taught me that my words could not only help me through tough times, but others as well.
- Favorite Books:
- I like too many books/poems from these authors, so I will just name them instead. Sylvia Browne, James Redfield, Emily Dickinson, Shakespeare, Yeats, Keats, and Poe.
- Favorite Music:
- I will listen to anything with a beat and like all music from all genre, but I'd have to say that my favorite artist is Barry Manilow. His music can always put a smile on my face.
