About South Africa...
As South Africans we have come through our own dark past in which apartheid (Whites suppressing Blacks) was responsible for the most terrible and shocking inhumane tragedies.
Many have said that it was a miracle that our transition into democracy happened in the way that it did in 1994. We are now known as the rainbow nation with a strong economy. Whilst we have made significant strides, sadly there are still many millions of poverty stricken people, both white and black, who are suffering terribly together in the New South Africa. Rape, crime, killing, drug abuse, white collar crime, human trafficking and all kinds of atrocities occur with no regard for law and order. Employment is scarce to many and many live in fear of loosing their livelihood. There are challenges and of course some of them are quite serious. But that is the case in nearly all (I cannot think of an exception) emerging-market economies. While the overall crime rate is dropping, it is still far too high. Some rather high-profile crimes of late have resulted in a strong outcry for serious change.
Corruption is an issue, but that is the case in almost every emerging-market country. The high levels of poverty are evident. Although employment is growing and more and more of the poor are being brought into the economy, there is still a lot of room for progress.
The telecommunications infrastructure is hampered by a lack of serious competition. Access to the internet is limited in many areas, and it is really slow where it does exist. This will improve in the coming years, but it is a serious handicap to business. There are power shortages and the need for more power-generation plants to keep up with the growth.
But all these areas are (mostly) going to improve. I see a lot of opportunity in South Africa in particular and Africa in general.
About Unity - I think that democracy is the better of all existing, current systems but it’s lacking is in good leadership that we can rely on, which is to serve people. We need a system that can shape our world for a better future now and for generations to come. Most of the world religions say that they believe in God, but do we truly believe in the same God who created all of us?
On a positive note, I believe more and more people around Our World are realising that it is time for change, I think that it is already happening!
Proudly South African

we are all human biengs and when we say 'whitefellas' lost their Dreaming, as you have said, it is due to their own invasions and loss of culture ans Law , knoweldges...
You can see why we fight hard as warriors would to protect the sacrec Law
it is OUR Dreaming....
it is the same one for all people, just different lingo, different cultures
message remains same everywhere
Gundimaa our mother is what allows us this life...
her fresh airs and waters suatin us, the foods she grows feed us...all we need do is follow our Law
as caretakers, custodians of the Law
and we will have good life
when we lose the Law
we start to forget the ways of caring
we take more than we need
we poison the water we drink
foul thye airs we breathe
is that not illogical? to contaminate that we rely upon for life?
I fear the day if our mob were gone. that Dreaming faded
I fear for my country. for that one, that Law, you know?
So I spaek out much as I can to anyone who want to hear me and everyone who hears what I talking of.
Thats my Dreaming, thats me, I have that Dreaming , that Yuluwirri one...
that rainbird
I am glad to have such a fine friend that is moved to a tear because of me...
I share that tear now with you, as you touched my haerts spirit and I shed that tear for them ones, them whitefellas that had their Dreaming taken from them
I could not think of anything more terrible for me than to not have my songline, my dreaming....
thankyu White raven
