About Me:

I am of the Ani Tsisqua, Tsalagi. Bird Clan, Cherokee, we are the messengers. I honor my ancestors by showing my heritage - Tsalagi, Creek, Choctaw, Scot, Irish, French, and English. I am who they are.

My Indian name is Sakwayi which means "Little Green Snake". Just a happy lady moving through life, sometimes dancing with wind, moving with the air, traveling in this world and others. Always learning, sometimes teaching. I believe a teacher should always be a student. Walking this life as a human being, I strive to leave good footprints so others may follow them in a good way.

Favorite Music:

I listen to and enjoy all music, except heavy metal and most rap. I play Native American Flute and drum, and sing. Music, to me, is an international language with no barriers. It is a healing medium as well, in many forms.

The importance of a thing is in the understanding of it. With understanding, the bridges of ignorance are crossed and lives are joined to look forward to new things, to life. Life is continuous, a circle, intertwined in lifetimes, beginning becoming end, end becoming beginning. Walk in a good way upon Mother leaving footprints to follow.
