Passions:
Love life and people, Called to teach. Maintain optimal health and balance in life with varied diet, multi-tiered exercise, food supplements, meeting with friends and family, and spiritual growth; writer, create videos and documentaries, public speaker, web designer, television and film, communication, emotional freedom and release coach, alternative health researcher, all types of healing incuding but not limited to alternative, energy and body work, aromatheraphy, traditional eastern and western medicine, color energy healer, hydrotheraphies, cleansing and fasting for spiritual development, Ying/Yang energy healing, health, and longevity, keeping a strong and healthy immune system, keep my peak weight. Practice DAO-IN and Golden Shield Qigong 2 times a week as well as 5 Secret Tibetian Rituals for longevity 7 days a week (takes about 10 minutes a day). Have a strong meditation, prayer, and spiritual life.

Note: I only listen to 60 htz music because it is attuned to the human body and earth harmonics. The fit heart should beat at 60 beats per minute. This facilitates learning as well as meditation and keeps your brain, spirit, mental, and physical body in alignment. Music other than 60 htz music can agitate your body causing problems that could be best avoided.
