About Me:

I am 64 years old and just now becoming consicously aware and immersed in the discovery of my unique I AM. I quietly participate in this exciting change that is happening...there are few in "my world" that understand. I am excited to find this site.

Offerings (Healing, Art, etc.):

Massage Therapist-not currently practicing.

Goals (Personal, Planetary, etc.):

To be a part of this change in whatever way I chose before I came here.

Important Teachers:

My journey began in a 12-Step program, which led to years of therapy. One therapist that I worked with for over 10 years helped me discover my power. There are too many to mention all of them. Carolyn Myss, Stewart Wilde, Kerrie O'Conner.

Favorite Books:

Imagine by Mary Ann Williamson; Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follet; Way of the Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman; Women Who Run with the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estes.

Favorite Music:

Out of Africa and Dances with Wolves - John Barry. Sound track from Michael. Soundtrack from P.S. I Love You. Native American flute.
