ever herd that ol seying we are made of good stock? what is that?
are we made of good DNA? or are we of good charetcter?

the light that is in all of us the eternal soul as it were. is a constant evolving thing a ma gig i feel. so..... how can one start living from the inside out then? simple just start waving at people like there your long lost brother and talking to people as if they are your next of kin. I have tried this and found out you can brighten folks day.

alrity then we can sit and chat about them pesky slow chakras spinning or you can spin them yourselve with the Ez spinner ramma chakra machine jk. laughter is something that dose help us shine from with in i may make fun of some stuff but it is only stuff that i do. i find if i can poke a lil fun at myself i dont get to wound up about things.

so laff enjoy heal listen and when in a bad mood try laughing lik ewood wood pecker if it dont make you smile at the sillyness of it i will buy you a icecream cone.
