Where is my soul ?

Is there anybody who can help me feel my soul more, I feel like I dont know where
to look for it. I want to feel, breath and see that its there.
Does it excist in me ?

Anna..Such a marvelous question. It is a bit of a puzzle to me that you have not had a response.
The expertence that that we feel that may be called soul seems to me to be the feeling in and of the body that results from some manifestation of the soul. I suspect that most feelings are a variation of the basic soul function or lack of it. that would be love.Forgive me for the clumsy language.

I'm aware of the simplicity of the question, but its also a very hard one to answer I think.
Its all about assuming its there. Sometimes I have a hard time with that.
I wish I could see something more, like a ghost or a being, if that shows itself, I have some kind of affirmation I was waiting for. Because ofcourse if there are ghosts, there are souls.
I wish and pray that we are more then the biology given to us.

Another physical thing that is very connecting is to get some rose otto or absolute - a kind that is
safe to ingest. It will seem expensive, maybe $50 for 1 ml. 1 tiny drop in a couple of quarts of water is all
you need. You'll barely be able to tell you've shaken some in the water. Let it sit covered a day or two. (This is important.) Then drink a glass whenever you feel the inspiration. (Particularly if you have the time to sip slowly and rest for a while afterward.)
